Seller level rules and regulations:

- All content produced by the seller must be in English.

-To create your foreign business pages, you need to upload the specified documents and your username must be the same as the documents you submitted, otherwise your documents will not be approved

-The content produced must be about introducing the business, introducing the product and its features, and the international sales conditions of the goods. Any content outside of these will be removed from the site and your account will be suspended.

 - If your product is not included in the desired category on the site, you can enter it in the Other section.

- Every seller can create their own page introducing their business and product along with four high-quality photos on the site for free.

- Uploading more products requires a subscription and the amount paid to purchase the service is non-refundable.

- Product descriptions and photos must match each other and the product photo must be relevant to the product title.

- The seller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all content on the seller's page. If you enter false information, your account will be suspended and cannot be restored.-The buyer and seller are responsible for all transactions.

 

Buyer level rules and regulations

- All international buyers just need to register for free on the site to access the contact information of international sellers.

-To use the site's services for free, you need to upload the specified documents for authentication. Please note that the documents you submit must match your username, otherwise your documents will not be approved. 

-The buyer and seller are responsible for all international transactions.   

 

               

 -    Buyer and seller are required to comply with the rules and regulations, and in case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations, the site has the right to suspend the buyer and seller's account.
