A : The rules and regulations of the role of the supplier and the marketer are the same. And the marketer is obligated to comply with all rulers and regulations in the role of supplier.

 

Seller level rules and regulations:

B1 : All content produced by the supplier must be in English.

B2 : To create your foreign business pages, you need to upload the specified documents and your username must be the same as the documents you submitted, otherwise your documents will not be approved

B3 : The content produced must be about introducing the business, introducing the product and its features, and the international sales conditions of the goods. Any content outside of these will be removed from the site and your account will be suspended.

 B4 :  If your product is not included in the desired category on the comeondealz, you can enter all types of goods.

B5 : Every supplier can create an international business page and two product pages for free.

B6 :  Creating a product page with more than two pages requires purchasing a subscription. Subscriptions to comeondealz are permanent and unlimited in time.

B7 : Product descriptions and photos must match each other and the product photo must be relevant to the product title.

B8 : The supplier is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all content on the supplier page. If you enter false information, your account will be suspended and cannot be restored.-

B9 : The buyer and supplier are responsible for all transactions. And comeondealz is not responsible for transactions between the buyer and the supplier.

 

International Business Page Rules

C1 : On the international business page, write about your type of activity, team members, general products, general standards in the page description section and avoid writing about the details of each product.

C2 : In the condition section, write about your international trade terms and avoid creating irrelevant content.

C3 : When producing a video on an international business page, avoid including contact information and logos, and also avoid explaining product details. You can include your place of work, explanations about foreign trade conditions, a general introduction to products, information about general discounts, and in general, the video contains a general introduction to your business.

 

 

Rules for creating product pages

D1 :  You can have a page for each of your product titles.

D2 :  If your product is the same in terms of functionality and appearance, but only its color or size differs, you should create it in a separate title on a new page.

D3 :  Avoid creating duplicate content and highlight the product's distinctive features on each page.  Or you can segment product features for products with the same functionality but different models, colors, or sizes and enter each on a new page.    

D4:  Your description should be relevant to the product title.

Buyer level rules and regulations

E1 :  All international buyers just need to register for free on the site to access the contact information of international suppliers.

E2 : To use the site's services for free, you need to upload the specified documents for authentication. Please note that the documents you submit must match your username, otherwise your documents will not be approved. 

E3 : The buyer and supplier are responsible for all international transactions.  And comeondealz is not responsible for transactions between the buyer and the supplier.

 

               

 F: Buyer and supplier are required to comply with the rules and regulations, and in case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations, the site has the right to suspend the buyer and supplier account.
